JobDoc is a tool that can be used by field personnel in any service related business. The user can create a file & geographic location for documenting a job from start to finish. The file can include pictures, notes, video, reference numbers, etc. This information is stored on our server and can then be sent via email to the home office. All files can also be viewed by logging in to our website with your user ID.

Yes, the trial period is 30 days. You can try JobDoc today, and your card will only be charged after the 30 day trial.
You can create a geo located job entry when on a 3G or higher network connection in the field.
2. You will need LTE speed to send 5 or more pictures with 1 - 2 minute videos. You will need 4G service on device or hotspot. Wifi is preferred for larger files like videos or PDF documents.
3. You can also send additional files later once you are connected to high-speed WIFI.
If using JobDoc on a mobile network, an unlimited plan is strongly recommended or you may be charged more than your usual subscription! Ask your carrier for an unlimited data plan before uploading many files to JobDoc from the field.
You can take a screenshot or a picture of any document or diagram, hand written note and upload into JobDoc from your camera roll. You can also upload PDF files directly and we'll store them for you.

After the initial trial period, a yearly paid subscription is required to continue service. Your card will be automatically charged. You can update your payment information on your account payment screen.

Yes, all job files you create can be viewed through the web portal, by signing into your account at www.JobDoc.com. You can also share links with clients to view your progress.
There is no limit on the number of files you can upload to the job documentation. You can add pictures, videos and PDF documents and associate them with your project.

The user has control over the emails that get sent. Sharing a job file lets you easily send a link or the entire job documentation to the client or other contacts.
Additionally, you can always download the entire file as PDF for your archives and email that to your recipients.
